LTH PRO.fessional floor marking lasers are specially developed laser beamers for the projection of virtual, abrasion-resistant line markings on industrial floors, in warehouses or other buildings. The laser unit is mounted overhead on a hall ceiling or on a hall wall and draws a clearly visible, wide line of light on the floor. A TopFloor laser marks walkways, driveways, stop lines or danger areas safely, abrasion-resistant and permanently, even in very dusty and dirty environments. Different types of areas can be identified by different colors. Danger areas are simply shown in red, footpaths or driveways in green, while blue can be used for markings in buildings, museums or other attention areas.

Easy installation:
The compact laser unit is mounted on the ceiling or on the wall and beams a laser line up to 20 m long on the floor. For longer distances and lines, several lasers are simply cascaded. Installation is quick and easy to do: screw on the projection unit, plug it in, align it, done. Once the laser projector is in operation, no special service is required to ensure regular 24/7 operation. A full function is provided even at the lowest temperatures, as this has already been taken into account during development. Therefore temperature ranges from -30 ° C to + 45 ° C are covered. This differs slightly depending on the model. Please note the technical data of the respective version.
Depending on the installation and structure, LTH PRO.fessional floor marking lasers are specified in laser class 1 or 2 and are therefore harmless to the eyes and skin. Of course, you will receive detailed instructions with detailed safety instructions for every floor marking laser.

Mounting and line length
The cylindrical housing with a diameter of 18 mm can be easily inserted into the specially designed, adjustable holder. The line laser is clamped so that the housing is not damaged. At the same time, the heat generated, which is very low with these modules, is dissipated to a metallic surface via the clamp. The line position is simply adjusted by rotating the laser module in the holder. The stable aluminium bracket can be adjusted and clamped in pan and tilt. There is also a guide pin in the mounting base to ensure smooth rotation during the adjustment process.
If the laser is mounted vertically above an area, the line length results from the distance and the projection angle. If mounted at an angle, the line length can be significantly longer.
Depending on the application, the modules can be selected with different beam angles, which generate the length of the laser line. The larger the beam angle, the longer the line.
