Payment methods
Commercial customers can choose from four payment methods for secure, fast and convenient payment:
Prepayment
After placing your order, you will receive our bank details by email. Transfer the amount to our account, quoting the order number. As soon as we receive your payment, we will dispatch your goods immediately. Our bank details are as follows:

PayPal
To pay via PayPal, you need a free PayPal account. PayPal offers various payment options and also insures all orders up to £500. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal after placing your order, where you can log in or register and select your preferred payment method. In addition to paying with your PayPal balance, you can also pay by credit card or direct debit. Once you have completed your PayPal payment, we will ship your goods immediately.
Purchasing as a regular customer
For regular customers, we offer the option of payment by SEPA direct debit mandate. The core direct debit is similar in its procedures to the direct debit system that has long been established in Germany. As a uniform payment instrument throughout the EU/EEA economic area (including Switzerland and Monaco), the SEPA core direct debit represents a significant new development in terms of standardised payment processes across Europe. In addition to inexpensive, fast and secure transaction processing, the SEPA direct debit also offers a uniform legal basis that provides legal certainty for all parties involved.
Purchasing as a public authority
As a public authority based in Germany, you can also order on account.
Shipping methods
Shipping is secure and fast with our shipping partner UPS. Out of consideration for the environment, we package opened items/small parts in recycled/used packaging material. All orders are processed by us within 24 hours on working days and handed over to UPS as soon as possible after receipt of payment. UPS then delivers the parcels within 1-3 working days. Of course, we can only guarantee this delivery time for orders of goods in stock. Orders for goods not in stock are also processed as quickly as possible.
For goods not in stock, please expect the following standard delivery times:
Goods from European manufacturers: 2-3 weeks
Goods from non-European manufacturers: 6-8 weeks
Shipping costs
We charge the following flat-rate shipping fees for each online order:
Germany: 9,90 Euro net
Bulky goods surcharge: 90,00 Euro net
Notwithstanding this rule, we deliver trusses from H.O.F. Alutec within Germany free of charge – with the exception of island areas.
All prices are net – Norway + Switzerland incl. customs processing

Please note that these shipping rates are only valid for complete deliveries. If you wish to receive partial deliveries, the aforementioned shipping rates will apply to each partial delivery.
For countries without a shipping rate, please select ‘Shipping costs according to expenditure’ at checkout – we will determine the shipping costs as quickly as possible and send you a pro forma invoice.
In the event of a complaint
For complaints, please contact us at any time at shop@lth-gmbh.de with a brief description of your complaint. You will receive a response with all the relevant information within 24 hours (on working days).
