IVL™ Carré and IVL™ Pyramid(e) have a new option: IVL™ Main Board 2.0

Released as an additional option, and purchased separately, IVL™ Main Board 2.0 is an upgraded
version of the default IVL™ electronical Main Board, embedding a gobo-like system four times
more performant, to offer two exclusive gobos: 128 and 256 beams.
This new exclusive gobo extension raises the 3D rendering perspectives of IVL™ lighting to next
levels.
Gobos available with the default IVL™ Main Board: from 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 or 64 beams.
Gobos available with IVL™ Main Board 2.0: from 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 or 256 beams.

How is this option available?

This option is available as an additional main board to purchase. When customers decide to invest
in this extension, they needs to replace the default IVL™ Main Board for the 2.0 version. Any new
IVL™ product produced will still be delivered with the default IVL™ Main Board. IVL™ Main Board
2.0 is a new reference.
Lighting designers who want to enjoy this option would have to request their provider to purchase
IVL™ Main Board 2.0 and replace the default one with it.
These 2 new gobos will be accessible through a DMX mode 3 and 4, same as mode 1 and mode 2
but with a gobos channel offering 9 gobos in mode 3 and 4 versus 7 in mode 1 and 2.

How to replace the main board?It is very easy:
• Open the fixture, make sure the power is not connected.
• Unplug the default Main Board.
• Plug the new Main Board 2.0.
• Recalibrated the fixture (only 10 minutes when trained for this operation).
• Close the fixture.
